Their mission is to help the children and families of St. Jude Children’s research hospital and other families in need. Come celebrate and support the cause at DAXFest on Saturday, October 27. Families come with kids in costume and trick-or-treat with local businesses along the Washington Park District Recreational Trail.

Join them this Sunday, October 14 for their 2018 WFD Open House! Meet the firefighters and paramedics, take tours of the ambulances and fire engines and more! Learn about fire prevention and even take a run at their Junior Firefighter Challenge. 1:00 to 3:00 pm at 200 N. Wilmor
