1. I am the creator and owner of the photographs I capture and submit to the Washington Chamber of Commerce (“Chamber”).

2. I grant the Chamber a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and share any photographs I provide for promotional, marketing, educational, historical, and other Chamber-related purposes.

2.This permission includes use in print materials, social media, websites, email communications, advertising, presentations, news releases, and other media now known or developed in the future.

3. I understand that the Chamber may edit, crop, resize, or otherwise modify the photographs as needed for its intended use.

4. I retain ownership and copyright of my photographs and may use them for my own portfolio, educational, and promotional purposes.

5. I understand that the Chamber is not required to use any photographs I provide and may discontinue use of them at any time.

6. I release and hold harmless the Chamber, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising from the use of the photographs as described in this agreement.

7. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may not receive compensation for the Chamber’s use of the photographs unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
