In addition to the usual food trucks, live music, and community atmosphere that make Rove & Ramble a favorite summer tradition, Family Night will offer an opportunity for attendees to discover local programs, activities, camps, resources, and organizations that help enrich family life in Washington!
We invite local, Washington organizations to participate with an informational booth. Participation is open to both Chamber members and non-members. Examples include daycares, preschools, churches, vacation bible schools, summer camps, youth sports organizations, libraries, educational programs, nonprofit organizations, and other groups that offer activities, resources, or opportunities for children and families.
This is intended for informational and community outreach purposes only. Commercial vendors and product sales are not permitted.
Family Night will take place on Thursday, June 11, from 5:00–7:30 PM at Five Points Washington. Participating organizations may begin setting up as early as 3:30 PM.
Organizations are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, displays, promotional materials, and any other items needed for their booth. The Chamber will provide booth space only.
While not required, organizations are encouraged to offer a simple activity, game, giveaway, or other interactive element that helps create a fun and welcoming experience for families. This could include things like sidewalk chalk, bubbles, coloring pages, stickers, yard games, or similar easy activities—but participation is absolutely welcome without any activity at all.
Register now, below! There is no cost to participate, but advance registration is required.
